  2. You need 1 Cup of shredded Broccoli.
  3. Make ready 1.5 Tsp of Butter/Oil.
  4. It’s 2 of Green Chillies.
  5. Make ready Pinch of Turmeric powder.
  6. Prepare of Salt.

In a large frying pan, with ovenproof handle, heat the oil over medium heat.Place half of the broccoli mixture on one side of the omelet and use a spatula to carefully fold the omelet over the broccoli.Repeat to make the second omelet in the same manner.This is a quick low point breakfast, perfect to use up your leftover broccoli and a great way to get veggies into your breakfast.

  1. In a pan, add 1 tsp of butter/oil at medium heat. Then add shredded broccoli, sliced green chillies and a pinch of turmeric powder. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes in open pan till it is bright green in color and its raw smell subsides. Add salt to taste..
  2. Beat two eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the above prepared broccoli to the beaten eggs and mix well. (If you need more spice, you can add black pepper powder to this mixture)..
  3. Grease the same pan with half tsp of butter/oil and pour the mixture into the pan in low heat. Cook both the sides and serve it..
