- Prepare 1 bowl of Chicken boiled and shredded.
- Make ready 1 bowl of Potato boiled and mashed.
- Take of Capsicum 2 medium sized chopped (optional).
- You need of Coriander as required.
- Make ready of Mozarrella cheese 1/2 cup grated.
- Prepare of Chedder cheese 1/2 cup grated.
- It’s 1 tsp of Red chillk flakes.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli.
- Make ready of Cumin seed (Zeera) 1 tsp crushed.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Salt.

- It’s 1 tbsp of All purpose flour.

- Take 1 of Egg.
- You need of Crushed Corn Flakes as required.
Chicken Potato Cheese Balls instructions
- Take a bowl, add boiled and shredded chicken in it. Then add boiled and mashed potatoes, capsicum and coriander in it..
- Now add red chilli, red chilli flakes, crushed cumin seeds and salt in it..
- Now mix all of them well..
- Now, mix 1 tbsp maida and water in a bo to make a thin batter..
- Now grease ur hand with oil and take a small amount of chicken potato mixture and flat it on ur palm. Then add some cheese in it..
- Now roll it from the sides and make a ball. Make all balls woth this process. And place them in freezer for 1 hour..
- After 1 hour, take 1 ball and dip it in maida batter, then coat it with crushed corn flakes..
- Now deep fry them in oil till golden brown. Your Chicken Potato Cheese balls are ready. Tadaaaaa 🙂.
