- Make ready 1 cup of Chedder Cheese (grated).
- Prepare 2 of Boiled potato.
- You need 1 of Onion finely chopped.
- It’s 2 of Green chilli finely chopped.
- You need 1 tsp of Red chilli paste.
- You need 1 tsp of Roasted cumin powder.
- You need as needed of Coriander leaves.
- Take 1 tbsp of Ginger and garlic paste.
- Take 1 tsp of Black pepper.

- Prepare 1/2 cup of Corn flour for binding.

- Notes: If you don't want to fry you can bake also the chedder cheese balls. Instead of cornflour for binding we can use gram flour.
