Ingredients of LCHF breakfast

  1. It’s of Eggs.
  2. Make ready of Spinach.
  3. Take of Avocado.
  4. You need of Nuts & seeds.
  5. You need of Tomatoes.
  6. Make ready of Olive oil.
  7. Make ready of Chilli flakes.
  8. Make ready of Salt & pepper.

LCHF breakfast step by step

  1. Bring a pan of water to boiling & carefully place the eggs in for exactly 5.5 minutes.
  2. While the eggs are boiling wash the spinach and tomatoes, drain them and place on plate.
  3. Scoop out the avocado and mix with the chilli flakes and seasoning. Add it to your plate.
  4. Sprinkle a very generous amount of seeds, nuts & olive oil over the salad.
  5. After 5.5 minutes take the eggs out of the pan, put them in a bowl of cold water for a moment then take them out and shell them. Be careful as they will be very soft….
  6. Place eggs on plate with salad and avocado and carefully slice open the egg. The yolk should still be warm and runny!.
  7. Enjoy!.
