  1. Prepare of For Grilling the Lamb meat.
  2. Prepare 1-2 of kl of Lamb.

  25. It’s 1 cup of dry grapes.
  26. Take 1 cup of almond.
  27. It’s 1 cup of cashew.
  28. Prepare 2 tbsp of butter.

Grilled Lamb with khalta Rice step by step

  1. Cut the carrots, celery and onion into a medium size..
  2. Arrange the Lamb meat into a cooking tray. Mix all the carrots, celery and onion Inyo the tray.
  3. Mix all the spices together with olive oil and lemon.. and rub the mixture into the Lamb meat.. arrange the following as you can see the picture down.
  4. Cover the tray with foil and cook it into the oven over 190C for 1 hour… then after an hour remove the foil and let it cook again for an hour.

  6. Put all the spices as I mention above the ingredients for the rice and let it simmer altogether for about a 2 minutes until it’s slightly brown..
  7. Put a water that is look exactly enough for the rice and let it boil and cover let it be cook in a small heat..
  8. Now for the Rice toping.. add the butter and all the nuts that you desire and the dry grapes.. cook it until it’s brown and keep it for the toppings when rice is cooked put in on the top of rice..
