- Prepare 3 large of Eggs.
- Prepare 1/2 large of Avocado - sliced in 7 thin slices..
- Take 3 each of Strips Bacon - cooked & crumbled.
- It’s 1/2 cup of Cheddar Cheese.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Butter.
- Take 1 each of Salt & Pepper to taste..

- Scramble eggs in a bowl. Over medium heat, melt 1 tsp of butter in a small fry pan. Pour eggs in pan..
- With a spatula, gently lift edges of omelette to let runny eggs run under cooked edges. Do this all the way around until most of raw eggs are gone..
- Gently flip omelette over & remove from heat..
- Sprinkle cheese over omelette (reserve a little bit for top of omelette). Sprinkle bacon over cheese (reserve a little bit for top of omelette). Place 4 slices of avocado over bacon on one side of omelette. Fold in half. Slide onto plate..
- Top omelette with a sprinkle of bacon & cheese. Place 3 slices of avocado on top. Serve & enjoy!.
