- You need 2 of bread slices.
- It’s 3 tablespoon of besan.
- Make ready 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
- Make ready 1 teaspoon of cumin powder.
- It’s to taste of salt.
- Prepare As needed of oil for cooking.
- It’s of water as required.
- It’s 1 pinch of baking soda.

Low fat Bread pakoda step by step
- In a bowl mix besan, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, baking soda and mix.
- Now add water and make pakpra batter.
- Heat some oil on a non stick tawa.
- Cut bread in two halves, take one half and dip in pakora batter, coat the bread nicely, now place it on non stick tawa.
- Keep flame low, so besan is cooled properly.
- Once done on one side flip to other side, add some oil if needed and cook till golden brown.
- Cook till both the sides are nice and crispy..
- Remove on serving plate and repeat for rest of the bread slices..
- Serve with tamarind chutney or sauce..
- It's a very healthy variation of bread pakora enjoy😊😋.
