- Sift all the dry ingredients together-wheat, eno, milk powder and sugar in a big mixing bowl..
- Add butter, milk, honey and essence to it..
- Beat nicely to form smooth batter with ribbon like consistency..
- Preheat waffle maker after greasing it with butter..
- Pour a scoop of ladle on it..
- Cook for 6-8 minutes or until light golden colour..
- Top it up with whipped cream, honey, chocolate, fresh fruits or any toppings of your choice!.
While the waffles are cooking, cut the fruits and get them ready.To serve up, just load the eggless whole wheat waffles on a plate and top with the fruits.I like to serve these waffles as a dessert too.
