Ingredients of Paneer Cheese Balls
- Take 2 cups of crumbled paneer.
- Make ready 1/4 cup of chopped onions.
- Prepare 2 tsp of finely chopped green chillies.
- Prepare 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger.
- Take 1 tbsp of rice flour.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of besan.
- Take 1 tbsp of cornflour.
- Take 2 tbsp of finely chopped dhaniya or coriander leaves.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 20 of small pieces of cubed cheese.
Paneer Cheese Balls step by step
- Divide the mixture of paneer, ginger, cornflour, besan, rice flour salt and dhaniya patta into 20 portions.
- Shape each portion into a flat round shape and put a cube of cheese in the centre.
- Bring all the sides together and roll them again.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry some balls at a time and fry till it turns light brown and crispy from all sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and serve immediately with sauce of your choice!.
