1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Put chicken in pan and add seasonings.
3. Bake 30 - 45 minutes.
4. While baking chicken - Put both boxes pasta in pot. Salt to taste.
5. Cut up onions, celery, and sweet bell pepper.
6. Once pasta is done, drain and cool.
7. Remove chicken from the oven, cool and cut into 1 inch cubes.
8. Combine chicken, pasta, onions, sweet bell pepper, celery, and dressing ingredients in a bowl and stir until well mixed.
