  1. It’s 225 grams of all purpose flour.
  2. You need 100 grams of sugar (powdered or fine).
  3. It’s 115 grams of unsaltrd butter (1stick).
  4. You need 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
  5. You need 1 pinch of salt to taste.
  6. Take 2 of egg yolks.
  7. Prepare 3 teaspoons of ginger powder.

  1. Mix sugar, butter and egg yolks..
  2. Mix well..

  4. Make a workable dough.
