Ingredients of Mom's Meatloaf

  1. You need 1 1/2 lb of Ground beef.
  2. Make ready 1 1/2 cup of quaker oats.
  3. Take 1 small of onion.
  4. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of salt.
  5. Take 1/2 tsp of pepper.
  6. Prepare 1 of egg.
  7. Take 3/4 cup of milk.
  8. You need 1 tsp of master gravy.
  9. Take 1 tsp of mustard.
  10. Make ready 2 tbsp of ketchup.

Mom's Meatloaf instructions

  1. preheat oven to 375°F..
  2. beat egg with milk.
  3. mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  4. pack in bread/loaf pan.
  5. place bacon on top, held with toothpicks.
  6. cook for 1.5hrs.
  7. let set and cool before slicing.
  8. What I like to do is chop up the leftovers and mix them with brown gravy in a skillet. Mmmmm!.
