Ingredients of Veggies Cheese Balls
- Take 1 Cup of grated Boiled Potato.
- Make ready 5-6 tbsp of Mix Veggies (Onion, bell peppers, corn, green peas,carrot, etc).
- Make ready 1 tsp of Red Chilli Flakes.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Salt.
- Take 1/4 tsp of Black Pepper.
- Prepare 1 of Grated Garlic.
- You need 3/4 Cup of Grated Mozzarella Cheese.
- Make ready 2 Cups of Bread Crumbs.
- Make ready 6 tbsp of Corn Flour.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Oregano.
- It’s 6 tbsp of Refined Flour (Maida).
- Make ready As required of Oil to fry.
Veggies Cheese Balls step by step
- Take the grated boiled potatoes and mix veggies in the mixing bowl..
- Add 1 tsp red chilli flakes oregano, salt, black pepper and grated garlic clove.
- Add some grated cheese and mix it well..
- Using a tablespoon,scoop out this mixture, flatten on your hand place some cheese in the centre of it..wrap the potato mixture around the cheese and shape into ball…Repeat for the remainder of the potato mix..
- Place the refined flour and corn flour in separate bowls.Mix salt and pepper and make a slurry like mix..
- Place bread crumbs on a plate then take a potato ball, coat first with slurry mix and then coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat for the rest of the balls..
- Heat oil over medium- high heat using a frying pan or kadhai. Cover a plate with paper towels to absorb excess oil for when the balls are finished frying..
- Potato balls into hot oil. Let one side of the ball fry,getting crispy and golden before turning the ball over to fry the other half..
- Remove the balls and place on paper towels.Repeat for the same with remaining balls..
- Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup and Enjoy it with evening Tea…..
