  2. Take 1 of carrot chopped fine.
  3. You need 2 cloves of garlic minced.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large skillet cook the onion, garlic, and carrot in the olive oil until soft..
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and 1/3 cup ketchup and cook, stirring about 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool..
  4. In a medium bowl combine well the bread crumbs, and milk. Let stand for 10-15 minutes until all the milk is absorbed. Squeeze out the excess milk after is been absorbed and discard the milk.
