- Take small portion of potato mixture, make flatten ball.Put one small cube of cheese in it. Cover it with potato mixture, and make ball..
- Dip this ball in slurry.Coat it with bread crumbs. Make all the balls with same manner. Keep it in a refrigerator to set for 20 minutes..
- Heat oil in a wok on low medium flame deep fry the balls. Fry only 2-3 balls in each batch.Do not touch the balls again and again..
