Ingredients of Cheese Paneer Balls
- You need 1 bowl of Cheese.
- It’s 1/2 of Paneer of cheese.
- It’s 1 of Onion.
- Prepare 1 of Egg.
- You need as required of Bread crumbs.
- Take as required of Cabbage.
- Take 1 of Onion.
- You need As required of Chopped coriander.
- Take 1 inch of Chopped ginger garlic.
- You need 1/2 bowl of Capsicum chopped.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Garam masala powder.
- Take as required of Oil.
Cheese Paneer Balls step by step
- In a bowl take chopped cabbage, chopped onion chopped Capcicum, chopped coriander leaves, chop red chillies and add a pinch of salt and mix it well. And let it rest for 10 minutes..
- Break egg in a bowl and add little salt a bit of red chilli powder add a milk from one bowl milk from small bowl mix it well..
- Take out the acess water from vegies and add cheese,add paneer little bit of Garam masala and mix well..
- Apply little water in hands.One by one prepare all the balls and now take balls and dip in egg mixture and coat in bread crumbs and repeat this process two times.
- Deep fry the balls in low flame and don't touch the balls till 30 seconds and after 30 seconds move the oil so that the balls which are sticjed will leave their place..
- Fry till it turns golden brown.
- Serve hot with Sechwan Chutney.
