  2. Prepare 1 cup of Boiled sweet corn kernels.
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander and Chilli paste.

  5. Make ready 1 tsp of Black pepper powder.

  7. Take 1 cup of Maida.

Cheese Corn Jalapeno Balls instructions

  1. Take an entire mozerella cheese pack and cut it into 2 halves. Grate both halves and keep it separately. Use one half cube grated cheese to mix with the potatoes and the other half as filling..
  2. Take half grated mozerella cheese. Add boiled corn kernels, jalapenos, boiled and mashed potatoes, Coriander and chilli paste, oregano, chilli flakes, pizza seasoning, black pepper, salt and 4 tablespoons maida..
  3. Mix the above well and add half or 1 lemon depending on the taste..
  4. Smear oil and make a ball and flatten it like a small pancake and take a small amount of the other half grated mozerella cheese and place it in the middle and close the sides and make it a ball..
  5. Dip in the mixture of runny consistency of corn flour + maida + water and dip in bread crumbs and coat it once with the of corn flour + maida + water and then with bread crumbs..
  6. Refrigerate the balls made for 30-40 mins..
  7. Fry in hot oil. Cheese corn jalapeno balls are ready to serve..
