  4. Make ready 150 ml of Apple juice.
  5. It’s 1 tsp of Cinnamon.
  6. Prepare 45 grams of Raisins (or cranberries).
  7. Prepare 30 grams of Roasted walnuts (or almonds).
  8. Prepare 1/3 tsp of Baking powder.

Remove from the oven and allow them to cool on the cookie sheet before transferring them to a cooling rack.Add the rolled oats, flour, coconut, baking soda, salt and cinnamon to a mixing bowl and mix together.Cream the vegan butter and brown sugar together and then add the syrup and vanilla.Chewy Vegan Oatmeal Cookies with the perfect crispy outside and melt-in-your-mouth caramel-y center.
