- You need 6 of bananas.
- Take 4 of carrots.
- Prepare 1 cup of seedless prunes.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of peanut butter (can use nuts if you like).
- You need 2 tbsp of flaxseed.
- Take 1/4 can of condense milk.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of vanilla essence.
- Take 2 dash of angostura bitters.
- Make ready 1 tsp of grated nutmeg (optional).
- Take 1 cup of ice.
- Prepare 2 cup of Almond milk/ vanilla supligen.
Reliever Punch instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend..
- If it's to thick for your liking add more Almond milk. If it's to thin add more prunes and bananas..
