My Halloumi Bacon Pasta for 1 step by step
- Ingredients.
- Heat up 1 tbls oil in a frying pan or wok (as i use alot) add the Shallots fry for 1 min then add the garlic, Ginger and italian herbs and mix in..
- Then add the bacon bits and cook for 2 minutes.
- Then the courgettes.
- Then the halloumi and fry for 1 min both sides.
- Add the fresh basil and tomatoes and mix in fry for 1 min.
- Then add the other tbls olive oil and the Advacado and sweet peppers cook for another min..
- Add salt and pepper and mix in then add the Pasta.
- Lastly add the tomatoe puree and stir in and serve hot.
It smells divine and tastes wonderful.Wrap halloumi slices in streaky bacon and fry until crisp and golden.Serve on a bed of dressed peas and pea shoots for a vibrant midweek meal.
