- Take 200 grams of Bread (strong) flour.
- You need 50 grams of Cake flour.
- You need 10 grams of Sugar.

- Prepare 160 grams of Milk (or Water).
- Take 20 grams of Unsalted butter (cultured butter, if possible).
- Prepare 3 grams of Dry yeast.
- Take 1 of appropriate amount ●Olive oil for garnish.

- Put all ingredients except marked ● into the bread pan (put dry yeast in its appropriate compartment). Select dough-only setting and press start..
- After the dough is prepared, take it out. Divide the dough into 12 pieces. Deflate and shape into balls. Rest for 15 minutes..
- Wrap the hashed beef with the spread-out dough, and close the seams tightly. Place on the baking sheet with the seam side down, and let rise a 2nd time..
- Brush on olive oil over the top half, and coat with panko..
- Bake them in the preheated oven at 355°F/180°C for 15-20 minutes (18 minutes in my oven)..
