- You need 2 tbsp of green moong dal.
- Take 1 tbsp of urad dal.
- You need 1 tbsp of Arhar dal.
- It’s 1 tbsp of masoor dal.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of gram dal.
- Make ready Handful of mintl eaves.
- It’s 1 bowl of Wheat flour.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1 tsp of ajwani.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam Masala powder.
- Take To taste of salt.
- You need 1 tbsp +2tbsp of oil.
- It’s 1 pinch of asafoeitida.
- Prepare 1 " of ginger.
Punch Ratan Dal Paratha instructions
- Wash and soak all dal 2 hours.Take a grinder jar add all dal, ginger,green chilli & mint leaves to make a paste..
- Add all spices on dal mixture mix it well. Add wheat flour &salt mix it well. Add little water & yo make a paratha dough. Greased 1tbsp oil & Rest for 20 mints..
- Take one ball size from dough roll it as paratha size. Heat a tava put the paratha on tava, cook nicely on both sides. Add little ghee or oil & cook nicely. Panch Ratan Dal Paratha is ready to serve. Serve with butter & mint chutney..
