  1. Take 50 grams of Fresh okara.
  2. Prepare 25 grams of Katakuriko.
  3. Make ready 40 grams of Water.
  4. Prepare 30 grams of Canned cooked adzuki beans (sweetened).

  1. Mix together all the ingredients except for the adzuki. Once well-mixed, mix in the adzuki. (If you dissolve the katakuriko into the water beforehand, it will be easier to mix.).
  2. Divide into 8 portions and shape into discs. Arrange on a plate. (Make each piece about 1 cm thick.).
  3. Wrap the dish with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave for 1 and 1/2 minutes to finish. If they're not firm enough, continue heating for 15 seconds at a time, while keeping an eye on them..
