  1. You need 2 of sweet potatoes halfed.
  2. Take 1 of packet chicken legs.
  3. Prepare 6 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce.
  4. Take pinch of corriander herd.
  5. It’s pinch of garlic granules.
  6. Make ready pinch of salt.
  7. It’s pinch of pepper.

Sweet Chilli Chicken Thighs & Baked Sweet Potato Halfs instructions

  1. Lay chicken legs out on a baking tray, brush over each leg with the chilli sauce all over then add the herbs after.
  2. After half raw sweet potatoes, add garlic, pepper, salt and corriander.
  3. Bake in the oven at 250c until chicken is browned and crispy and cooked through, and baked sweet potatoes are soft and crispy!.
