Ingredients of Post-Workout Smoothie

  1. Take 44 g of vanilla protein powder.
  2. It’s 200 ml of cold milk (dairy/non-dairy).
  3. Make ready 1 of frozen banana.
  4. Take 1 of frozen medjool date (remove the seed).
  5. You need 1 pinch of salt.
  6. You need of Topping.
  7. You need of Granola.
  8. You need of Raisin.
  9. Make ready of Cashew nut.

Post-Workout Smoothie instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Put the banana, date, and protein powder into a blender. I use plant-based protein powder but feel free to use any kind of protein powder like whey or soy..
  3. Add the milk and salt. Blend it all together.
  4. Serve on a bowl and add the topping of your choice. I use cinnamon-flavored granola mix. It contains granola, raisin, and cashew.
