- Wash and soak the white rice for 4 hours.
- Blend the soaked rice with the per boiled rice and onion in a blend.
- Blend till it's very smooth then transfer into a bowl.
- Mix the yeast with little water and add to the mixture.
- Cover and keep in a warm place and allow it to rise for 1 hour.
- After an hour add sugar and salt.
- Heat the Tanda with some oil.
- Add little water if the paste is thick.
- Fry and enjoy with kulikuli, sugar or miyar taushe(groundnut soup) 😋.
