Ingredients of Koong Chae Nampla / Shrimps with hot sauce

  1. Make ready 12 of fresh shrimps,shelled,devained.
  2. It’s 1 bunch of thai mint or basils or coriander.
  3. Make ready 1 of cucumber,sliced.
  4. Prepare 2 of tomato,sliced.
  5. You need of spicy sauce.
  6. Take 12 of bird eyes chili.
  7. Take 5 clove of garlics.
  8. Take 1 1/2 tbsp of lime juice.
  9. Take 1 tbsp of fishsauce.
  10. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce for marinate shrimps.

  1. Clean shrimps ,shell and devain then marinate in half tablespoon of fishsauce,keep in freeze about 30 mins or15 mins at least.
  2. Finely chop chili,garlic and mix in mixing bowl,sauce must be spicy and sour.
  3. Prepare sliced tomato,garlic,cucumber,basils ,or mints or coriander.
  4. Now bring shrimps out from freeze,top on vegetables and top with spicy sauce mix,serve imediately as appetizer.
