  1. Prepare 700 grms of chicken.
  2. It’s 4-5 of potatoes (peeled and cut into two halves).
  3. Prepare 2 of onions chopped.

  6. Prepare 11/2 inch of ginger chopped.
  7. It’s 2 tb of spoon hung curd.
  8. Take 1 tea spoon of red chilli powder.
  9. Take 1 tea spoon of turmeric powder.
  10. Take 1 tea spoon of garam masala powder.
  11. Prepare 1 of bay leaf.
  12. Take 1 of whole red chilli.
  13. It’s 3-4 of whole garam masalas.
  14. Make ready To taste of salt.
  15. You need 1 tea spoon of ghee.
  16. It’s 2-3 cups of warm​ water.
  17. You need 2 tb of spoon raw papaya paste.
  18. Prepare of As required oil for frying.

Chicken Sunday step by step

  1. Wash the chicken pieces and marinate with papaya paste, chilli powder,salt garam marsala powder, curd and oil.
  2. Heat oil and fry the potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside..
  3. Add oil and tamper the whole red chilli bay leaf and whole garam masalas.
  4. Now make a thick paste of onion,garlic,ginger, and tomato and fry.
  5. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and fry properly.
  6. Add the marinated chicken pieces and fry them.
  7. Add the potatoes and mix well.
  8. When the whole thing is properly cooked pour the warm water and cover it.
  9. When the chicken pieces and Potatoes get moist and tender add the ghee and garam marsala.
  10. Serve it hot with steaming hot rice or roti.
