- Make ready 1 of mudu rice(white Na tuwo).
- Take 1 cup of cooked n rinsed rice.
- It’s 2 cups of Flour.
- You need 2 Tablespoon of Yeast.
- It’s 1 of onion.
- It’s 2 cup of sugar.
- You need 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt.
- Make ready of Oil for frying.

Waina (masa) instructions
- Wash raw rice,add yeast, onion flour and cooked rice all together in a bowl. Take to the mill to grind into a smooth paste..
- When back from the mill, add a cup of water and mix properly and cover to rise.
- You will see it has bubbles and have doubled in size. add sugar and 1/4 Teaspoon of salt. Mix and start scoping into masa fryer (Tanda) Now start frying.
- Turn the other side to when golden brown. Remove from fire and serve with miyan taushe or vegetable soup..
