Fried rice (Indonesian style) Recipe. Nasi Goreng is the popular Indonesian fried rice which is traditionally served with a fried egg. I love the unique dark brown, caramelised colour of the rice!

- Prepare 250 gr of rice (cooked, cold, break it up as much as you can).
- You need 400 gr of pork (cut into slices).
