2 tbsp cooking oil you can use olive oil2 garlic bruised2 onion chop into round pieces400 gr meat minced150 ml water100 gr tomato pasta2 pieces tomatoes a fresh tomato will be great3 tbsp maizena dissolve by 20 ml water0,5 tbsp pepper0,25 tbsp oregano
Topping
100 gr cheddar cheese.
- Bolognaise Sauce
Heat cooking oil, put garlic and onions and sauteed until you can smell the aroma
put minced beef and then cook until it turn brown
add tomato sauce, chopped fresh tomatoes and water. wait until it boils.
put maizena and pepper until thickened.
- Serving
put the spaghetti in a plate, give the sauce on it and sprinkle with grated cheddar chesee..
This one is kind of like an unstructured lasagna.You can use any meat sauce (or even a vegetarian tomato sauce) in place of the bolognese.Just make a simple green salad and you are good to go.
