Masan gyero instructions

1. Pound millet in motor with the help of piston,pound very well.
2. After pounding wash it very well and soak in water for some minute.
3. Grand the millet,add flour and baking powder to it,stir until well mix then close it.
4. Before frying,stir add water,potash,sugar and pinch of salt mix it very well..
5. Set your frying pot on fire and pour oil in each circle of the pot,when it is hot pour the mixture of the millet in each circle and left it to fry for some minute..
6. Turn it up side down after some minute remove it,continue the process until your down.
7. You can serve with sugar,honey or vegetable soup. I serve my with yajin kuli-kuli(groundnut cake)..
