Ingredients of Potatoes Donuts

  1. Make ready 1 cup of boiled potatoes, mashed.
  2. Take 1 cup of all purpose flour.
  3. Make ready 45 g of vanilla milk powder.
  4. Take 2 tbs of castor sugar.
  5. It’s 1 tbs of yeast.
  6. Take 1 tsp of salt.
  7. It’s 100 ml of butter/oil.
  8. Make ready 2 of eggs.
  9. Prepare of oil for frying.
  10. You need of icing sugar for garnish.
  11. Make ready of cinnamon for garnish.
  12. Prepare 50 ml of water.

Potatoes Donuts instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients (flour, milk powder with salt and yeast on different side ➡ make two holes on different side on flour, make sure salt and yeast not directly mix because it can deactivate the yeast).
  2. Mix liquid ingredients on another bowl (butter/ oil, eggs, water).
  3. Mix dry and liquid ingredients together until form like dough texture.
  4. Cover the bowl with clean kitchen towel then set aside for 3 hours.
  5. After 3 hours clean the side of the bowl then cover the bowl with plastic wrap put in the fridge for 8 hours.
  6. After 8 hours take out from the fridge let it in room terperature.
  7. Then you can start shaping your donuts (hole in the center or like mine round with filling).
  8. Heat the oil and cook 1 minute each side on medium low heat.
