- Make ready 140 grams of Pasta.
- It’s of Hot Garlic Sauce.
- Make ready 3 tbsp of Sunflower Oil.
- It’s 20 clove of Garlic.
- You need 4 of Dry Red Chillies(broken into pieces).
- Take 4 tbsp of Tomato Ketchup.
- You need 4 tbsp of Red Chilli Sauce.
- Make ready 2 tsp of Soya Sauce.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Fish Sauce(Nam Pla).
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper.
- You need 1 tsp of Salt.
- Take 1 pinch of Sugar.
- You need 1 1/2 cup of Water.
- It’s 3 tbsp of Cornflour(mixed with 1 and a half cup water).
- Prepare of Chicken.
- It’s 200 grams of Chicken(Boneless cut into 1/2" pieces).
- You need of Chicken Marinade.
- Make ready 2 tsp of Soya Sauce.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Chilli Vinegar.
- Take 1 tbsp of Corn Flour(mixed with 1/2 Cup water).
- Prepare 1 of Bell Pepper.
- Make ready 1 of Green Chilly.
I am very generous with my spices when i make this dish and usually add more I have never been more infuriated.This is not a sauce, it is SOUP.Wine: This garlic chicken and pasta is perfect for pairing with a sparkling wine.A Prosecco would be perfect here.
Pasta Chicken in Hot Garlic Sauce instructions
- Put all ingredients of the Hot Garlic sauce(Except Cornflour mixed with water) in a micro proof dish.Mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes..
- Add cornflour(mixed with water) and microwave for 5 minutes or more till the mix thickens slightly.Set aside..
- Marinate the chicken with the marinade ingredients and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours..
- Take the chicken out and deep fry them in a skillet and set aside.
- Boil the Pasta in 2 cups of water.Drain out the water when done..
- Pour Pasta in the microwave tray and mix it with 2tsp Sunflower Oil and the Garlic Sauce.Microwave for 3 minutes..
- Add the cut Bell Peppers and Green Chillies and the Fried Chicken and further microwave for 3 minutes..
- Serve Hot .You can garnish with chopped scallions if you want..
